Family Constellations

Family constellations is one of the many pathways of ancestral healing work. It invites one to explore hidden energies that impact your emotional, relational and spiritual life. It is a transformative container that combines process-oriented systemic work with ritual. In session, we may explore cyclical patterns, unlock hidden blockages, intergenerational traumas or karmic wounding that is passed down through your lines of lineage.

At the heart of the work, each session aims to heal and release any inherited wounding, break cycles of harm and re-establish balance and harmony in the family system. The impact of a session extends not only to the past but also future generations. 

What to expect

We'll meet for a 50 minute session held via zoom.

In our session, we'll begin with a brief grounding practice or meditation to anchor our presence in the work. We'll spend the beginning of the session exploring what beliefs, patterns or wounds you are called to work with. Together we will then open the constellation and I will facilitate using symbolic objects, figures, and the ancient tool of the medicine wheel. We'll see what insights emerge and offer you space to rewrite the stories of your lineage instilled in truth statements.

Together we close the constellation and I will share journal prompts / self-care rituals post-sessions to help integrate what emerged in our container.

  • Family constellations can be explored in groups or individually.

  • Sessions are typically run 60-90 minutes.

    When scheduling a session, it is recommended to leave some space after the session to integrate.

  • Sometimes all that is needed for resolution on a particular issue is one session. The impact can be lasting. In other cases, a few sessions might be more supportive to clear the ancestral line and support desired change. You get to decide if you feel another constellation would be helpful!

  • Sessions are currently offered on sliding scale while I am in process of my certification.

    Suggested investment: $90-185 USD per session.
